- 2 cloves fresh garlic, minced

Instructions
- Prepare the ingredients: Start by gathering all your ingredients. Mince the garlic and slice your bread as needed.
- Sauté the garlic: In a skillet, melt a tablespoon of butter over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and cook for about a minute until fragrant.
- Assemble the sandwich: Spread the remaining butter on one side of each slice of bread. On the unbuttered side, layer a generous amount of cheese and sprinkle with herbs and sautéed garlic.
- Grill to perfection: Heat a skillet over medium-low heat. Place the sandwich, buttered side down, in the pan. Grill for about 4-5 minutes until golden brown and crispy. Flip carefully and repeat on the other side until the cheese is melted.
