Instructions
- Prep your ingredients: Begin by washing and chopping your vegetables.
- Sauté the vegetables: In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add garlic and sauté for 30 seconds. Add mushrooms and bell peppers, cooking for 5-7 minutes until tender.
- Combine with cottage cheese: Lower heat, add cottage cheese, herbs, and red pepper flakes. Stir gently.
