- 8 oz lump crab meat
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- ½ cup sour cream
- ½ cup mayonnaise
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese
- 2 tbsp fresh parsley or chives, chopped
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Cream together the cream cheese, sour cream, and mayonnaise in a mixing bowl until smooth.
- Fold in the crab meat, garlic, Worcestershire sauce, lemon juice, and half of the cheddar cheese.
- Transfer the mixture into a greased baking dish, spreading it evenly.
- Top with the remaining cheddar cheese and fresh herbs.
- Bake for about 25-30 minutes or until golden and bubbling.
- Serve warm with your favorite dippers.
