Instructions

  1. Prepare the rice by cooking it according to package instructions with a pinch of salt and vinegar for extra flavor.
  2. Sauté the vegetables in a large skillet over medium heat with oil for about 5-7 minutes until tender yet crisp.
  3. Cook the ground turkey by pushing the veggies to the side and browning the turkey for about 5-6 minutes.
  4. Add the teriyaki sauce over the turkey, mix well, and let it simmer until the sauce thickens slightly.
