Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Prepare the chicken: Pat it dry and season with salt and pepper.
- Sauté the garlic in olive oil over medium heat until fragrant, about 1 minute.
- Brown the chicken for 4-5 minutes on each side until golden.
- Add the green beans, lemon juice, and zest, then stir to combine.
- Roast in the oven for 20-25 minutes until the chicken is cooked through.
