  • 2 tablespoons Olive Oil
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Pepper
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Onion Powder
  • Fresh Thyme or Rosemary, to taste
  • Juice of 1 Lemon

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. Prepare the chicken by drizzling with olive oil and seasoning with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder.
  3. Arrange the thighs in a baking dish in a single layer.
  4. Bake for 25–30 minutes, until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C), broil for an additional 2–3 minutes for a golden-brown top.
  5. Squeeze fresh lemon juice over the thighs before serving.
  6. Let the chicken rest for a few minutes then serve.

Notes
