- 4 Boneless Skinless Chicken Thighs
- 2 tablespoons Olive Oil
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 1 teaspoon Pepper
- 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
- 1 teaspoon Onion Powder
- Fresh Thyme or Rosemary, to taste
- Juice of 1 Lemon
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
- Prepare the chicken by drizzling with olive oil and seasoning with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder.
- Arrange the thighs in a baking dish in a single layer.
- Bake for 25–30 minutes, until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C), broil for an additional 2–3 minutes for a golden-brown top.
- Squeeze fresh lemon juice over the thighs before serving.
- Let the chicken rest for a few minutes then serve.
Notes
For deeper flavor, marinate chicken thighs a couple of hours prior. Always check the temperature with a meat thermometer.
