Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Roll out the thawed puff pastry on a lightly floured surface to about 1/8 inch thick and cut into 4-inch squares.
- Assemble the stacks by spreading mustard on half the pastry pieces, layering ham and cheese on top, and topping with the remaining pastry squares.
- Seal the edges by pressing down gently and crimp with a fork.
