Deliciously crispy Buffalo Chicken Rangoons filled with creamy, spicy goodness, perfect as an appetizer or snack.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup shredded chicken breast
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup Buffalo sauce
  • 2 green onions, chopped
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 20 wonton wrappers
  • Vegetable oil, for frying

Instructions

  1. Combine shredded chicken, cream cheese, Buffalo sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, and green onions in a mixing bowl.
  2. Place about one tablespoon of the mixture in the center of a wonton wrapper. Wet the edges, fold and seal.
  3. Heat oil in a deep skillet over medium-high heat. Fry the rangoons for about 3-4 minutes until golden brown.
  4. Remove using a slotted spoon and let drain on paper towels.
  5. Serve hot with dipping sauces like ranch or blue cheese.

Notes

Ensure not to overcrowd the pan when frying for even crispiness. Leftovers can be turned into a dip or added to salads.
