Ingredients
- 1 cup shredded chicken breast
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup Buffalo sauce
- 2 green onions, chopped
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 20 wonton wrappers
- Vegetable oil, for frying
Instructions
- Combine shredded chicken, cream cheese, Buffalo sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, and green onions in a mixing bowl.
- Place about one tablespoon of the mixture in the center of a wonton wrapper. Wet the edges, fold and seal.
- Heat oil in a deep skillet over medium-high heat. Fry the rangoons for about 3-4 minutes until golden brown.
- Remove using a slotted spoon and let drain on paper towels.
- Serve hot with dipping sauces like ranch or blue cheese.
Notes
Ensure not to overcrowd the pan when frying for even crispiness. Leftovers can be turned into a dip or added to salads.
