Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
- Drain and rinse the canned chickpeas thoroughly, then spread them out on a clean towel and pat dry.
- Transfer the dried chickpeas to a mixing bowl, then drizzle with olive oil and toss until evenly coated.
- Add your seasonings: paprika, cumin, garlic powder, and salt, adjusting to taste.
- Spread the chickpeas in a single layer on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake for about 25-30 minutes, shaking the pan halfway through.
- Let them cool for a few minutes before enjoying.
Notes
For added flavor, consider roasting with fresh herbs like rosemary or thyme in the last few minutes.
