Ingredients
- Pizza dough (store-bought or homemade)
- Marinara sauce, pesto, or white garlic sauce
- Cheeses (mozzarella, cheddar, goat cheese, blue cheese)
- Toppings (pepperoni, sautéed mushrooms, fresh basil, olives)
- Olive oil
- Spices (oregano, garlic powder, crushed red pepper)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Prepare the dough by rolling it out on a lightly floured surface.
- Cut the dough into circles, about 4 inches in diameter.
- Brush a baking sheet with olive oil to prevent sticking.
- Spread a tablespoon of sauce in the center of each dough circle.
- Add cheeses and toppings of your choice.
- Season with spices.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes until the crust is golden.
- Serve with a side of marinara for dipping.
Notes
Rotate the baking sheet halfway through baking for an even crust.
