- 2 Boneless chicken breasts, cut into bite-sized pieces
- 2 cloves of garlic, minced
- 4 oz Cream cheese
- 1 cup Shredded cheese (mozzarella and cheddar mix)
- 4 Flour tortillas
- 2 tablespoons Fresh parsley, chopped
- 1/2 teaspoon Red pepper flakes (optional)
- 1 tablespoon Olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Prep the chicken by cutting it into bite-sized pieces. Season with salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
- Sauté the chicken in a skillet over medium-high heat with olive oil for about 5-7 minutes or until cooked through.
- Create the garlic mixture by blending cream cheese with minced garlic until smooth. Stir in fresh herbs and lemon juice if desired.
- Combine the cooked chicken with the cream cheese mixture in the skillet, stirring gently to coat.
- Assemble the wraps by spreading the chicken mixture on each tortilla and topping with shredded cheese. Roll them up tightly.
- Final touch: Place the wraps back in the skillet for 1-2 minutes on each side until crispy.
- Serve warm, sliced, and garnished with more fresh herbs.
