Ingredients

  • 1 lb Boneless, skinless chicken (breast or thighs)

  • 4 Large flour tortillas
  • 1 Medium bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 Medium onion, sliced

Instructions

  1. Heat a skillet over medium heat. Add olive oil and minced garlic, sauté for a minute until fragrant.
