Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Combine pumpkin puree, peanut butter, and egg in a medium bowl until blended.
- Incorporate the dry ingredients: whisk together flour, oats, turmeric, and cinnamon in a separate bowl.
- Mix the dry ingredients into the wet mixture until a dough forms.
- Roll out the dough to about 1/4 inch thickness and cut into shapes.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown.
- Cool completely on a wire rack.
