- 2 cups fresh strawberries, sliced

- 8 oz whipped topping
- 1/2 cup sugar

- 1 1/2 cups crushed graham crackers or cookies

Instructions
- Prepare the crust: In a bowl, mix crushed graham crackers with melted butter and sugar, then press into the bottom of a springform pan. Chill.
- Make the filling: Beat cream cheese until smooth, add sugar, then fold in whipped topping and vanilla.
- Layer the strawberries: Mix sliced strawberries with sugar and layer half over the crust.
- Assemble the cake: Spread half of the cream cheese filling, followed by another layer of strawberries, then top with remaining filling and more strawberries.
- Chill and serve: Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours before slicing and serving with whipped topping if desired.
