Ingredients
- 2 cups fresh strawberries, hulled
- 2 ripe bananas
- 1 cup Greek yogurt
- 1 tablespoon honey (optional)
- 1 tablespoon peanut butter (optional, xylitol-free)
Instructions
- Wash the strawberries thoroughly and remove the green tops. Slice the strawberries in halves or quarters.
- Mash the strawberries and ripe bananas together using a fork or potato masher until you’ve reached a slightly chunky consistency.
- Stir in the Greek yogurt and, if desired, add a spoonful of honey or peanut butter. Mix everything well until it’s creamy and evenly combined.
- Fill a small ice cube tray or silicone mold with the mixture. Press down gently to ensure it’s packed in properly.
- Freeze for about 240 minutes or until completely frozen.
- Serve immediately, or store in a freezer-safe container for up to two months.
