  • Total Time: 25 minutes

Ingredients

  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 2 cups sharp cheddar cheese, shredded

  3. Add the diced pimentos, minced garlic, and cooked sausage, mixing until well combined.
  4. Season to taste with salt, pepper, and optional hot sauce or Worcestershire sauce.
  5. Chill in the fridge for half an hour or serve warm directly from the stove.
  6. Serve in a bowl, garnished with fresh herbs and accompanied by crackers or vegetables.

Notes

For lighter options, substitute cream cheese with Greek yogurt and try different cheeses.
