Delicious and healthy no-bake dog treats made with peanut butter and oats that your furry friend will love.

  • Total Time: 45 minutes
  • Yield: 20 treats

Ingredients

  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • 1 cup natural peanut butter
  • 1/4 cup honey (optional)
  • 2 tablespoons carob powder (or dog-safe chocolate)
  • Water (as needed)

Instructions

  1. Mix the oats and peanut butter in a large mixing bowl. Add honey and carob powder if desired.
  2. Stir the mixture until it forms a thick dough. If it’s too dry, add water a tablespoon at a time until right consistency is achieved.
  3. Scoop out small portions and roll them into balls or flatten into squares.
  4. Chill on a parchment-lined baking sheet in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes to set.
  5. Serve the treats to your dog and enjoy!

Notes

Use only natural peanut butter without xylitol. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to a week or freeze for up to three months.
