  • 1 scoop protein powder
  • Optional sweeteners: honey or maple syrup to taste

Instructions

  1. Gather your ingredients: Start by measuring out one cup of rolled oats, one cup of milk, half a cup of Greek yogurt, and one cup of chopped fresh strawberries. You’ll also want two tablespoons of chia seeds and a scoop of protein powder.
  2. Mix the ingredients: In a mixing bowl, combine the oats, Greek yogurt, protein powder, chia seeds, and milk. Stir in half of the chopped strawberries. The mixture will look thick, but don’t worry—the oats will soften overnight.
  3. Sweeten it up: Add in honey or maple syrup according to your taste preference. Mix well so every bite is flavorful.
  4. Jar it up: Divide the mixture evenly among mason jars or bowls. Top with the remaining strawberries, and if you wish, garnish with nuts or seeds.
