Ingredients
- 1 whole sea bream (about 2 pounds), cleaned
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 lemons (juice and zest)
- 3 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
- 1 bunch fresh dill or parsley
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Prepare the sea bream by scoring the skin with shallow cuts.
- Marinate the fish with olive oil, minced garlic, lemon juice, zest, salt, and pepper for at least 30 minutes.
- Stuff the cavity with fresh dill or parsley.
- Roast the fish on a greased baking sheet for 25-30 minutes until flaky and golden brown.
- Serve with roasted vegetables or a Greek salad.
Notes
For added flavor, consider roasting cherry tomatoes or red onions alongside the fish.
