Instructions

- Mix the mashed bananas and peanut butter in a large bowl until creamy, then incorporate the egg (or flaxseed mixture) and honey (if using).
- Incorporate the whole wheat flour gradually until a dough forms; add more flour if too sticky.
- Shape the dough into small balls about the size of a golf ball, placing them on a parchment-lined baking tray.
- Bake the pops for 15-20 minutes or until golden, ensuring they feel firm but not dry.
- Cool completely, then decorate with melted carob or coconut flakes.
