- 1 teaspoon Cinnamon
- Water (as needed to adjust consistency)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Combine oats, pumpkin puree, and peanut butter in a large mixing bowl.
- Add the egg and cinnamon, mixing well.
- Adjust consistency with water if the mixture is too dry.
- Roll out the dough or spoon small bits onto a lined baking sheet.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes until edges are golden.
- Let cool before serving.
Notes
Store in an airtight container at room temperature for up to a week or refrigerate for longer freshness. These treats can also be frozen for up to three months.
