- 4 tablespoons unsalted butter
- 1 cup beef broth

Instructions
- Prepare the steak: Cut your steak into one-inch cubes, trimming any excess fat.
- Sauté the garlic: In a skillet, melt butter and sauté minced garlic until golden, about 1-2 minutes.
- Combine ingredients: In your crock pot, add steak and pour over garlic mixture, broth, and season with salt and pepper.
- Slow cook: Cover and cook on low for 5-6 hours or high for 2-3 hours until tender.
- Finish with butter: Add a knob of butter into the crock pot 15 minutes before serving.
- Serve: Garnish with fresh herbs before serving.
Notes
For thicker sauce, mix 1 tablespoon cornstarch with water and stir in 30 minutes before serving.
