Ingredients
- 12 Medjool dates, pitted
- 6 slices thick-cut bacon
- 4 oz goat cheese
- 2 tbsp honey
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Stuff each date with goat cheese.
- Wrap each stuffed date with a slice of bacon, securing with a toothpick if needed.
- Place the wrapped dates on the baking sheet.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes or until the bacon is crispy and golden.
- Drizzle warm honey over the dates just before serving.
- Serve warm and enjoy!

For a unique twist, mix in fresh herbs or crushed red pepper with the goat cheese.
