Ingredients

  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup cranberries (fresh or dried)
  • 1 tbsp fresh rosemary, chopped
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Mix the softened cream cheese, sour cream, shredded cheddar, minced garlic, cranberries, rosemary, salt, and pepper in a bowl until smooth.
  3. Transfer the mixture into a greased baking dish.
  4. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until it’s bubbling and lightly browned on top.
  5. Serve warm with crispy baguette slices, assorted crackers, or fresh vegetables.

Notes
