Ingredients
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup cranberries (fresh or dried)
- 1 tbsp fresh rosemary, chopped
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Mix the softened cream cheese, sour cream, shredded cheddar, minced garlic, cranberries, rosemary, salt, and pepper in a bowl until smooth.
- Transfer the mixture into a greased baking dish.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until it’s bubbling and lightly browned on top.
- Serve warm with crispy baguette slices, assorted crackers, or fresh vegetables.
Notes
For added flavor, sprinkle fresh herbs on top just before serving.
