Instructions
- Prepare the Ingredients: Rinse the cranberries and finely chop the jalapeños while wearing gloves.
- Cook the Mixture: In a medium saucepan, combine jalapeños, cranberries, sugar, and apple cider vinegar, stirring well.
- Simmer: Bring to a gentle boil over medium heat, stirring often. Cook for 10-15 minutes until the cranberries burst and mixture thickens.
- Add Spices: Remove from heat and stir in cinnamon and cloves. Let cool slightly.
- Jar It Up: Pour into sterilized jars and seal tight. Let cool completely before refrigerating.

Notes
For a milder option, remove seeds from jalapeños. Store in the refrigerator for up to a month or freeze for six months.
