Ingredients
- 1 cup fresh cranberries
- 2-3 fresh jalapeños, chopped
- 8 oz cream cheese
- 1 cup sharp cheddar cheese, shredded
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 green onions, sliced
- 2 tbsp lime juice
- 1 tbsp butter or oil
Instructions
- Chop fresh cranberries and jalapeños, slice green onions.
- In a skillet, melt butter or oil, sauté garlic until fragrant, add jalapeños, sauté for 2-3 minutes.
- Lower heat, mix in cream cheese, stir until melted. Fold in cranberries, cheddar, green onions, and lime juice.
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Transfer mixture to a baking dish, spread evenly, and bake for 20-25 minutes.
- Let cool for a couple of minutes, garnish with green onions, and serve with tortilla chips or veggies.
Notes
Adjust jalapeño quantity for spice level. Can substitute with vegan cream cheese for dietary needs.
