- 1 cup white chocolate chips
- 1/2 cup creamy peanut butter
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1 cup M&Ms or holiday-themed candies (optional)
Instructions
- Prep your ingredients: Gather and measure all ingredients. Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Melt the chocolate: In a microwave-safe bowl, combine white chocolate and peanut butter. Heat in 30-second intervals, stirring until smooth.
- Coat the cereal: Place the Chex cereal in a mixing bowl, pour the melted chocolate mixture over it, and fold to coat.
- Powdered sugar magic: Sprinkle in powdered sugar and toss gently until everything is well-coated.
- Add M&Ms: Toss in the colorful candies and mix gently.
- Cool and serve: Spread onto the baking sheet and let cool. Once set, break into pieces or store in an airtight container.
