Ingredients
- 4 ripe peaches
- 8 slices of prosciutto
- 2 tablespoons balsamic glaze
- Fresh basil or mint (for garnish)
Instructions
- Wash and halve the peaches, removing the pits.
- Tear prosciutto into strips and wrap each peach half snugly.
- Arrange wrapped peaches on a platter and drizzle with balsamic glaze.
- Preheat grill or oven to medium heat; cook peaches for 8-10 minutes until prosciutto is crispy.
- Garnish with fresh herbs and serve immediately.
Notes
Select ripe but firm peaches for best results. Serve warm or at room temperature. Ideal for summer barbecues and gatherings.
