Instructions
- Prepare the crust by mixing graham cracker crumbs with melted butter. Press into a 9-inch pie pan.
- In a bowl, beat cream cheese until smooth. Gradually add powdered sugar and mix well. Fold in caramel sauce and half of the toffee bits.
- Layer banana slices over the crust and drizzle with caramel sauce.
- Pour the cream cheese mixture over the banana slices and top with remaining toffee bits.
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least 240 minutes.
- Before serving, drizzle with caramel sauce and sprinkle with chopped nuts if desired.
