Ingredients
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup Irish cream liqueur
- 1 shot espresso (freshly brewed)
- 1 ounce peppermint schnapps
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg
- Cocoa powder (for garnishing)
Instructions
- Brew your espresso and set aside to cool.
- In a separate bowl, whip the heavy cream until soft peaks form.
- In a shaker, combine espresso, Irish cream liqueur, peppermint schnapps, sugar, cinnamon, and nutmeg. Blend well.
- Gently fold the whipped cream into the mixture.
- Pour into chilled glasses and dust with cocoa powder before serving.
- Garnish with crushed peppermint candies if desired.
Notes
For a dairy-free option, substitute heavy cream with coconut cream. Use brewed coffee if espresso is unavailable.
