Ingredients
- 1 package puff pastry
- 1 cup brie cheese, cut into small pieces
- 1/2 cup cranberry sauce
- Fresh rosemary or thyme, chopped
- 1 egg, beaten with a splash of milk (for egg wash)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Roll out the puff pastry on a floured surface and cut into 3-inch squares or circles.
- Place each pastry piece in a muffin tin to hold shape.
- Add a piece of brie and a teaspoon of cranberry sauce on top of each pastry.
- Top with chopped fresh herbs.
- Brush with egg wash for a golden finish.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes until golden and puffed.
- Allow to cool slightly before serving on a platter.
Notes
You can assemble these bites ahead of time and freeze them before baking. Bake directly from the freezer, adding a few extra minutes to the cooking time.
