Ingredients

  • 1 lb boneless chicken thighs or breasts
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon cumin
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • Juice of 1 lemon

  4. Make the Tzatziki: In a bowl, mix grated cucumber, yogurt, minced garlic, and lemon juice. Season with salt and pepper.
  5. Assemble the Bowls: Start with a base of rice or pita, then layer the sliced chicken, tzatziki, veggies, feta, and olives.
  6. Serve and Enjoy: Gather around the table and enjoy the meal with your loved ones.
