  • 1 cup (200g) Granulated Sugar
  • 4 Large Eggs
  • 1 cup (240ml) Heavy Cream
  • 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
  • Zest of 1 Lemon or Orange (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C) and line a loaf pan with parchment paper, allowing for overhang.
  2. In a mixing bowl, beat together cream cheese and sugar until smooth and airy.
  3. Add eggs one at a time, mixing until just combined after each addition.
  4. Slowly incorporate heavy cream, vanilla extract, and zest, mixing on low speed.
  5. Pour the batter into the prepared pan and bake for 25-30 minutes or until the top is deeply caramelized.
  6. Let it cool in the pan for 30 minutes, then refrigerate for at least 4 hours, preferably overnight.
