Instructions
- Prepare the Ingredients: Gather all your ingredients and cook the udon noodles according to the package instructions. Drain and rinse them under cold water.
- Soft-Boil the Eggs: Bring a small pot of water to a boil, gently add the eggs, and simmer for 6-7 minutes. Transfer them to an ice bath, then peel and set aside.
- Sauté the Aromatics: In a large skillet, melt the butter over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté for about a minute until fragrant.
- Add Kimchi: Toss in the kimchi and sauté for another minute or two until it becomes tender.
- Combine with Noodles: Add the cooked udon noodles to the skillet, tossing gently to coat in the buttery kimchi mixture.
- Serve with Soft-Boiled Egg: Portion the noodles into bowls and top each serving with a halved soft-boiled egg. Garnish with chopped green onions and sesame seeds.
