Ingredients
- 2 cups freshly brewed coffee
- 1/4 cup light brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
- 1 cup milk (whole, almond, or oat)
- Ice cubes
Instructions
- Brew a strong cup of coffee using a coffee maker or French press.
- In a medium saucepan, combine the brewed coffee and brown sugar over medium heat, stirring until the sugar dissolves.
- Remove from heat and stir in the vanilla extract.
- Let the mixture cool to room temperature or refrigerate until chilled.
- Fill a tall glass with ice, pour in the coffee mixture, and top with your choice of milk.
- Stir gently to combine and enjoy, optionally adding whipped cream and caramel drizzle.
Notes
Use light brown sugar for a hint of molasses flavor. Feel free to substitute with coconut sugar or maple syrup if preferred.
