- 1 ½ cups graham cracker crumbs
- 6 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup toasted pecans, chopped
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a mixing bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs and melted butter until sandy. Press into a pie pan and bake for 10 minutes. Allow to cool.
- In a bowl, beat cream cheese until smooth, then gradually mix in powdered sugar. Fold in heavy cream and vanilla extract, beating until soft peaks form. Gently mix in toasted pecans.
- Spread the filling into the cooled crust, smooth it out, then refrigerate for at least 4 hours (or overnight).
- Before serving, top with extra pecans or whipped cream as desired.
