Ingredients
- 1 lb ground beef (80/20 blend)
- 1 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 cloves garlic, finely minced
- 1 sheet puff pastry, thawed
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley, chopped
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Roll out puff pastry on a floured surface and cut into squares or circles (about 4-5 inches across).
- In a skillet over medium heat, brown the ground beef. Drain excess fat, then stir in minced garlic and cook until fragrant (1-2 minutes). Season with salt and pepper.
- Remove skillet from heat and stir in freshly grated Parmesan and chopped herbs.
- Spoon about one tablespoon of the beef mixture into the center of each pastry piece. Fold sides over to enclose filling and pinch the edges to seal.
- Place the bombs seam-side down on a lined baking sheet. Brush each one with an egg wash. Bake for 18-20 minutes or until golden brown.
- Let cool for a few minutes before serving.
