Instructions
- Wash and dry the greens and place them in a large serving bowl.
- Core and slice the Honeycrisp apples into thin wedges or bite-sized chunks just before serving.
- Crumble the feta cheese over the greens.
- If using nuts, toast them in a dry skillet until fragrant.
- Whisk together olive oil, balsamic vinegar, honey, salt, and pepper for the dressing.
