Instructions
- Prepare the Ingredients: Chop all ingredients for smooth cooking.
- Sear the Beef: In a hot skillet, sauté the beef tips until browned on all sides.
- Sauté Aromatics: Add garlic and onions to the skillet, stirring until fragrant.
- Combine Ingredients: Transfer beef and sautéed aromatics to the crock pot, add mushrooms and vegetables.
- Create the Gravy: Mix beef broth, soy sauce, Worcestershire sauce, and herbs, then stir into the crock pot.
- Set the Slow Cooker: Cook on low for 6-8 hours or high for 3-4 hours.
- Check for Tenderness: Ensure beef is tender and gravy is thickened.
