- Beef (chuck or brisket)

- Crust (puff pastry or crescent dough)

Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Sauté chopped onion and minced garlic in a skillet until onions are translucent.
- Add sliced mushrooms and cook until golden brown.
- In a pot, cook the beef in beef broth until tender enough to shred; season with Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper.
- Mix shredded beef with sautéed onion and mushrooms; add chopped fresh herbs.
- Roll out puff pastry or crescent dough, cut into squares, and fill with the beef mixture and cheese.
- Fold and seal the dough; brush the tops with beaten egg.
- Bake for 20 minutes or until golden brown.
- Prepare au jus by warming beef broth and adding soy sauce or Worcestershire.
