Instructions
- Gather all your ingredients and a food processor or mixing bowl.
- In the food processor, combine pumpkin puree, feta cheese, softened cream cheese, and yogurt; blend until smooth and creamy.
- Sprinkle in minced garlic and spices; blend until well incorporated. Adjust seasoning to taste.
- Stir in chopped fresh herbs, saving some for garnish.
- Chill in the fridge for at least 1 hour to let flavors meld.
- Transfer to a serving bowl and garnish with extra herbs or olive oil. Serve with pita chips, fresh veggies, or crusty bread.
Notes
For a lighter option, substitute Greek yogurt for cream cheese. Experiment with different spices as per your taste.
