Ingredients
- 1 pound ground chicken
- 1 cup bread crumbs
- 1 egg
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 onion, finely chopped
- 1 tablespoon Italian herbs (basil, oregano, parsley)
- 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a large bowl, combine the ground chicken, bread crumbs, egg, minced garlic, chopped onion, herbs, and cheese. Mix gently until combined.
- Shape the mixture into small meatballs, about 1 to 1.5 inches in diameter.
- Arrange the meatballs on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake for 20–25 minutes until golden brown and cooked through (internal temperature should reach 165°F / 74°C).
- Serve with dipping sauces or over pasta.

Notes
