Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line baking sheets with parchment paper.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, beat together butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar until light and fluffy (about 2-3 minutes).
  3. Add the eggs one at a time and mix in the vanilla extract.

  5. Fold in the toffee bits.
