Ingredients

  • 2 fresh cod fillets
  • 1 cup panko bread crumbs
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • Olive oil spray
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Lemon wedges for serving

Instructions

  1. Pat the cod fillets dry with paper towels and season with salt and pepper.
  2. In a medium bowl, combine panko bread crumbs, grated Parmesan, garlic powder, paprika, and dried oregano. Mix well.
  3. Dip the cod fillets in olive oil spray, then press into the panko mixture until evenly coated on both sides.
  4. Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  5. Place the coated fish in a single layer in the air fryer basket and air fry for 10-12 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden brown and cooked through.
  6. Serve immediately with lemon wedges and your favorite dipping sauce.
