Instructions
- Gather all ingredients.
- Crumble the blue cheese into a bowl.
- Add mayonnaise, vinegar, and garlic, and stir until well combined.
- Slowly drizzle in olive oil while stirring to emulsify.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Fold in fresh herbs.
- Chill in the fridge for at least an hour before serving.
Notes
For a lighter option, substitute mayonnaise with Greek yogurt. Adjust the vinegar according to your taste preferences.
