Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Cream together the butter and sugar until light and fluffy.

- Fold in cranberries and orange zest gently.
- Scoop tablespoon-sized portions of dough, roll into balls, and flatten slightly.

- Allow to cool on the baking sheet before transferring to a wire rack.
- (Optional) Drizzle with a glaze of powdered sugar and orange juice once cooled.
