Ingredients
- Puff pastry
- Brie cheese
- Cranberry sauce
- Fresh herbs (rosemary or thyme)
- Egg (for wash)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Roll out the puff pastry to about 1/8 inch thick.
- Cut into 2-inch squares.
- Place a spoonful of cranberry sauce on each square, followed by a slice of brie and a sprinkle of herbs.
- Fold the corners of the square to the center and seal the edges.
- Brush the tops with beaten egg.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes or until golden and puffed.
- Allow to cool for a few moments before serving.
Notes
Serve warm. Consider drizzling with balsamic reduction for extra flavor.
