Ingredients
- 1 package of thawed phyllo dough
- 1 wheel of Brie cheese
- 1 cup fresh or frozen cranberries
- 2 tablespoons brown sugar or honey
- Fresh herbs (rosemary or thyme)
- 4 tablespoons melted butter
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Grease a muffin tin with butter or cooking spray.
- Unroll the phyllo dough and cut it into 3×3-inch squares.
- Layer 2-3 squares of phyllo in each muffin cavity, brushing each layer lightly with melted butter.
- Mix cranberries with brown sugar or honey and herbs.
- Fill each phyllo cup with a chunk of Brie and top with the cranberry mixture.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes until golden brown and crispy.
- Let cool slightly before serving.
Notes
Keep phyllo dough covered with a damp towel while working to prevent drying out. For a lighter option, substitute melted butter with olive oil.
