Ingredients

  • 1 package of thawed phyllo dough
  • 1 wheel of Brie cheese
  • 1 cup fresh or frozen cranberries
  • 2 tablespoons brown sugar or honey
  • Fresh herbs (rosemary or thyme)
  • 4 tablespoons melted butter

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Grease a muffin tin with butter or cooking spray.
  3. Unroll the phyllo dough and cut it into 3×3-inch squares.
  4. Layer 2-3 squares of phyllo in each muffin cavity, brushing each layer lightly with melted butter.
  5. Mix cranberries with brown sugar or honey and herbs.
  6. Fill each phyllo cup with a chunk of Brie and top with the cranberry mixture.
  7. Bake for 15-20 minutes until golden brown and crispy.
  8. Let cool slightly before serving.
