Ingredients
- 1 package phyllo dough
- 8 oz Brie cheese
- 1 cup fresh or frozen cranberries
- 2 tbsp sugar (or honey/maple syrup)
- 1-2 tbsp fresh herbs (rosemary or thyme)
- 4 tbsp unsalted butter (melted)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Roll out the phyllo dough on a clean surface and brush each sheet with melted butter.
- Layer the sheets and cut into squares to fit a muffin tin.
- Press the squares into the muffin tin, allowing edges to fold over for a rustic look.
- Place a piece of Brie at the bottom of each cup and top with cranberries.
- Add chopped herbs over the top.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes until golden brown.
- Cool slightly before serving warm or after refrigerating.
Notes
Keep phyllo dough covered with a damp cloth to prevent drying out. Experiment with different fruits or flavors.
