Ingredients

  • 1 package phyllo dough
  • 8 oz Brie cheese
  • 1 cup fresh or frozen cranberries
  • 2 tbsp sugar (or honey/maple syrup)
  • 1-2 tbsp fresh herbs (rosemary or thyme)
  • 4 tbsp unsalted butter (melted)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Roll out the phyllo dough on a clean surface and brush each sheet with melted butter.
  3. Layer the sheets and cut into squares to fit a muffin tin.
  4. Press the squares into the muffin tin, allowing edges to fold over for a rustic look.
  5. Place a piece of Brie at the bottom of each cup and top with cranberries.
  6. Add chopped herbs over the top.
  7. Bake for 15-20 minutes until golden brown.
  8. Cool slightly before serving warm or after refrigerating.

Notes

Keep phyllo dough covered with a damp cloth to prevent drying out. Experiment with different fruits or flavors.
