- 4 cups cornflakes
- 1 cup chocolate chips (semi-sweet or dark)
- 1 cup creamy or chunky peanut butter
- 1/4 cup butter
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
Instructions
- Prepare a baking sheet by lining it with parchment paper.
- In a large saucepan over low heat, melt together the chocolate chips and butter, stirring until smooth and creamy.
- Remove from heat and stir in the peanut butter and vanilla extract until well combined.
- Fold in the cornflakes gently until every flake is coated.
- Create small clusters using a spoon or your hands and place them on the prepared baking sheet.
- Refrigerate for about 30 minutes or until set. Enjoy!
Notes
For a dairy-free option, substitute butter with coconut oil and use dairy-free chocolate. You can also add mini marshmallows or dried fruit for variety.
